About Me:: Lenny Nye is a Sierra Leonean born Unsigned Singer / Sound Producer. He grew up listening to several African and Western Music, from Soul, Pop,Rhythm & Blues to Reggae. Lenny fell in love with Michael Jackson's voice and was marvelled with Aaron Neville's style of singing. When asked about the mentioned icons, he said: "These two people are my Role Models, I've learned a lot from them".
He also enjoyed listening to Tracey Chapman, Mariah Carey, Phil Collins, Stevie Wonder, Billie Ocean and UB40 and said they also contributed a lot to his career.
Lenny has been struggling to get a record deal all his life. Due to financial constraints, it has been very hard for him to put his stuffs together. Frustrated, he went to work in a studio as a backup vocalist. There he learned a lot about Sound Producing and Audio Engineering.
He has produced and co-produced for several renowned Sierra Leonean and Liberian artists.
